These terms cover the CM Junk Removal Services LLC website and CM Owner Alerts program.

Website and estimate requests

Submitting a request does not confirm a price, booking or appointment. We discuss scope, access, pricing and availability before arranging service. Provide accurate contact information and only upload photos you have permission to share. Do not upload sensitive documents. Sending an estimate request does not enroll the customer in SMS.

CM Owner Alerts — purpose and eligibility

This optional program sends internal website inquiry notifications to the business owner who has expressly opted in. Alerts identify CM and direct the owner to review a new request in the owner portal. It does not send customer marketing, purchased leads, affiliate promotions or third-party advertisements. SMS is not active until carrier approval and messaging setup are complete.

Separate, affirmative enrollment

The owner must separately provide written consent identifying the receiving mobile number and agreeing to CM Owner Alerts after reviewing these terms and our privacy policy. The business retains that dated consent before enabling messages. Merely visiting this website, providing a number, requesting an estimate or accepting general website terms is not SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with website submissions, plus enrollment, help and opt-out confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for applicable charges. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

When the program is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation, after which program alerts stop. Reply HELP for support, or contact CM using the phone or email below. Contact us before re-enrolling or changing the receiving number; fresh consent is required for a different recipient.

Privacy and support

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy policy for how information is handled.
